Stats and Goals

This page will give you links to all of my posts regarding my stats and goals in both weight loss/gain and my routines. I can give you one right off the top of my head. I generally run a 10min mile. Why not faster? Because I have bad knees, bad hips, and a bad ankle. I bet if I book it, I can run under 8min mile so long as the terrain is flat, but I'd be suffering the next day.
